Founder & CEO
Richard brings over 36 years of experience in technology, finance, and enterprise software. Holding CFA, CPA, CGA designations and multiple Microsoft Expert-level certifications including Azure Solutions Architect and DevOps Engineer, he uniquely combines deep financial domain expertise with hands-on software engineering leadership. Richard founded WrightSource Inc. in 2016 with the mission to build precision payroll and accounting software purpose-built for Canadian businesses — secure, scalable, and CRA-compliant from the ground up.
